As part of a dynamic team in one of Europe's pivotal maritime centers, you will drive innovation and excellence across technical, operational, and commercial dimensions.
Your Role:
Ensure safe, effective, and compliant management of your designated fleet segment.
Oversee a variety of vessel types: Container ships, Bulk carriers, Tankers, Offshore units.
Coordinate maintenance schedules including inspections and dockings; lead technical initiatives.
Optimize use and evolution of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) for peak performance.
Inspire and develop your multidisciplinary team including engineers and procurement specialists.
Foster strong communication channels with clients to deliver outstanding service quality.
Champion advancements in safety protocols, operational efficiency, and process enhancements.
Stay ahead by incorporating industry trends into strategic fleet development.
Your Profile:
Academic degree in Nautical Science or Marine Engineering or equivalent senior seagoing credentials (Master/Chief Engineer).
Proven track record within ship-management or ownership environments in leadership roles ashore for 3–5 years minimum.
Exceptional communication prowess with adeptness at managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
Team-oriented mindset coupled with practical problem-solving abilities; thrive in an international milieu.
